Monthly Retainer Subject to Community Size
Initial Evaluation
Every community that Atlas Senior Advisors takes on as a growth partner requires an initial on-site evaluation, coupled with the providing of necessary financial, operational and technical resources. Once these resources are received, ASA takes a two-week compilation period to create a comprehensive breakdown of said community. In this time, we establish an ATLAS score, immediate target points, and set the first step in the Atlas Optimization Plan (AOP). The fee for the initial evaluation is $2,500 for the Foundation Tier, and $5,000 for the Mastery Tier. Fees may be coupled in with monthly retainer costs based on agreed upon terms between ASA and Advisee.Â
